If you are witness to practices in your business or institution that are illegal or improper in the arena of waste management, including non-compliance with the law or with recycling certifications, we urge you to serve your conscience, human health, and the environment by speaking out.

Here’s how it works:

To give us your whistleblower tip, you can either:

Once we have received your submitted report, BAN will, to the best of its abilities, honor the levels of confidentiality/anonymity you have requested in our submission form. Once received at BAN, your whistleblower submission will reside only on BAN's firewall-protected server in an isolated partition area, accessible only to BAN staff.

While we cannot guarantee specific actions or results, we will endeavor to follow through on each report to assess the validity of your indicated concern and take actions as deemed necessary and appropriate.
