Plastics Policy

Introduction

BAN's Plastic Pollution Team has been active in participating in the International Negotiating Committee (INC) to develop an international legally binding instrument on plastic pollution, including the marine environment. The INC has concluded two meetings and is expecting two more followed by a final plenipotentiaries meeting to adopt the new treaty.
